How many wefts and clips are in your sets?
Most of our extensions come in a total of 10 wefts with a total of 21 clips. Our clips have a silicone backing to help keep your extensions in place and reduce pulling on your own hair. Please review the product details to see the exact number of wefts for each set of extensions.

How do I care for my extensions?
Human hair extensions should be treated the same way you would treat your own hair. We recommend you wash it using gentle sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and let it lay flat to dry. We also recommend you avoid blow drying your hair as much as possible as this can dry out the hair. If you find your hair is getting dry, deep condition your extensions to restore moisture. Yes! Our extensions are coloured to perfection and just as your own hair colour may run the first few washes, so will your extensions. You can use a colour treated shampoo to avoid this if you prefer.

Can I dye, curl and straighten my hair?
Since our extensions are only 100% Human Hair, you can curl or straighten your extensions as you wish. We don’t recommend you dye them as it can dry out and damage the hair. If you do dye them, we’d recommend you only go darker than your extensions.

How long will my extensions last?
The longevity of your extensions will really depend on how often you use your extensions and how well you care for them. Our extensions can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months all the way up to a year or longer. Most clients have used our extensions for 2+ years with proper care.

I found a few white hairs in my extensions.
This is normal. Since it's 100% human hair, you may find a few strands. Feel free to snip them out if you don't like them.

How do I know what length to get?
You can measure from half way from your ear to where you'd like the extensions to land to determine the best length suited for you. Remember that if you plan to wear them curly, you will lose a few inches in the curls. If you are working with a MUAH for an event, we recommend you connect with them on recommended lengths based on the hairstyles you are trying to achieve.

Will I be charged customs?
Unfortunately, if you are outside of Canada we are unable to confirm whether or not you will be charged any customs charges at the time of delivery. Please visit your customs information website for more details on customs charges.

Your health and safety is our utmost priority. Due to the nature of our products we do not rent any of our products.

What does Pre-Order mean?
We do our best to keep our top selling products in stock however when an item is sold out but will be restocked soon, we allow our clients to pre-order the item in advance. This means that your order will not be fulfilled until the item is restocked. Generally restocking happens 3 to 4 weeks out. If you need the product sooner, please email us and we can give you a better idea of when it will be restocked.

Whats the difference between Seamless and Classic Clip in Extensions?
Seamless clip in extensions are made of better quality hair, are binded together by silicone and are thicker at the ends than our classic clip in extensions.
