Shipping Policy

ALL delivery estimates are estimates only! These do not include processing time.

All domestic orders will be shipped using Canada Post. Standard Shipping with Canada post is 1 to 7 business days based on location. If you require your order sooner, please use Express Shipping or email us at info@theextensionbar.org to arrange customized shipping. 

All international orders will be delivered between 3 to 7 business days. You will see the timeframes at checkout once your shipping address has be entered. Please note these timeframes are assuming there are no delays. These timeframes do not include processing time. If you require your order sooner, please contact us at info@theextensionbar.org to arrange a customized shipping. We can not comment on whether or not any customs, taxes or duties will be charged. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information about your country's customs and duties, please contact your local customs office. 

PLEASE NOTE: Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.

Europe - Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and UK. 

    • Under $50 - $30
    • Between $50 to $1000 - $22
    • Over $1000 - Free
    Australia
      • Under $50 - $40
      • Between $50 to $1000 - $30
      • Over $1000 - Free
      Asia - India, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates.
        • Under $50 - $40
        • Between $50 to $1000 - $30
        • Over $1000 - Free

        ALL ORDERS: We reserve the right to cancel any orders. We are not responsible if orders are lost or not delivered on time due to

        • incorrect information being provided at the time of purchase. This includes but is not limited to, phone number, address, email address or any other important information 
        • failure to make required customs, duties or tax payments.
        • failure to pick up your package from your carrier location.
