Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that all sales are final. We do however take pride in offering high quality hair products. If you have any questions or concerns about the quality of your extensions, feel free to email us and provide us with feedback.

If you have a problem or compliant about any of the products you have purchased, we encourage you to email us at info@theextensionbar.org with the following information within 7 business days.

  • Contact number
  • Purchase Date
  • Invoice Number
  • Details about the item, issue or problem.

We will do our best to resolve your issue within a timely manner.

For situations where we have made an exception and agreed to process a refund, please note that you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 10% of the value of the order. These charges are used to cover the costs associated with a refund. 

We do not offer any price adjustments on purchases made outside of promotional offer windows.
